Julia’s passion for business, technology and interior environments led her to commercial interior design right out of design school. From medical buildings (updates and renovations) to massive in scale public spaces like auto dealerships, houses of worship, professional offices, med spas, salons and country clubs.

Julia Diamond, Founder and CEO of Interior Design Group, combines high-level luxury expertise with a refined approach to design. Her career began in corporate aviation, where she styled and designed the interiors of private jets, yachts, and aircraft hangars for a global clientele of celebrities, dignitaries, and executives. Working with high-profile clients from the entertainment and business worlds, Julia mastered the art of curating refined environments tailored to individual tastes. Her skills and experience naturally evolved into a deep passion for interior design.

Certified in Interior Design from Moorpark College, Julia furthered her expertise with advanced studies at UCLA and CSUN, focusing on architectural drawing, model building, and digital 3D rendering. Her technical background allows her to translate her clients’ visions into sophisticated, functional spaces. Julia’s commitment to artistry and sustainable practices results in designs that reflect her clients’ lifestyles.

Leilani Sanko

Interior Stylist & Designer

Leilani is a dedicated architecture student with four years of experience at Interior Design Group. She began her journey as an intern and quickly advanced to procurement specialist. Now, she thrives in a multifaceted role as an architectural designer, textile librarian, and procurement manager. With a passion for art, design, fashion, and styling, Leilani utilizes her creativity and skills to transform spaces, aiming to inspire others through innovative and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

Jessica M. Anand

Sustainability, Inclusion (DEIA) & Accessibility Ambassador

Jessica brings her diverse cultural background, world travel experience and architectural expertise, finesse & creativity to our design firm since 2023. From redesigning entire floors in existing homes, offices and buildings to completely new construction, additions and ADA accessibility improvements. Her dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility offers each project she tackles to include and consider these foundational principles. Her impressive educational background and globe-trotting opportunities have equipped her with the skills, knowledge and drive to design, create and engineer entire communities to single small spaces, allowing them to become the most beautiful, architecturally sound and functional environments.
